Terms And Conditions
These Terms & Conditions, are based upon English, Scottish & Irish Law, with any disputes being resolved by the Courts of England. The purchase of any goods from this website constitutes your agreement to the terms & conditions set out below.1. The term "Supplier" means HBS, the term "Purchaser" refers to the Buyer throughout these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Supplier reserves the right to "Title of the Goods" until payment is made in full.
3. No alteration of these Terms & Conditions can be made, unless they are agreed in writing by both parties.
4. All Prices quoted are those set out in the "Suppliers" quotation, but excludes "Delivery Charges" to either one or multiple locations, or unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Terms:
a. Payment is strictly required to be made in advance of dispatch of the goods.
b. Payment could be made by credit card, debit card, cheque, cash and bank transfer.
6. Deliveries:
a. For the majority of purchases, an insured courier delivery service is used. For smaller items Royal Mail recorded delivery will be used.
b. All delivery times given are estimates, and cannot be guaranteed. A guide to delivery times is shown on a per product basis, and can be viewed on each and every product on our website.
c. All deliveries made to the "Purchaser" should be checked thoroughly before signing for. Failure to complete the checking of the Goods Delivered and the reporting of any such Shortages or Damages, would be deemed by the "Supplier" that the Goods have been accepted by the "Purchaser" complete and undamaged.
d. All Damages or shortages, should be reported to the "Supplier" within 24 Hours in writing.
e. Under certain circumstances and out-with the control of the "Supplier" in particular when Goods are sourced from a third party Manufacturer or other Supplier, delays may occur, when and if this event does happen, the "Supplier" will notify the "Purchaser" as soon as it is reasonable, that there will be a delay in delivery.
7. Acceptance of Quotations & Artwork:
a. The "Supplier" can only process an order following the receipt of a signed "Order Acknowledgement" and "Artwork Approval" signed for by an Officer of the Purchaser.
b. Customized and printed orders will be accepted on a "Non-Returnable" basis.
c. The "Supplier" will always present a plain sample product to the "Purchaser" for acceptance before printing, at unit price.
Important - Please Read First
All returns must be accompanied by returns Authorisation Code Number.In order to obtain a valid returns authorisation code number you must either call our customer service helpdesk on: 02088940940 (9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) or email: enquiries@baggageservices.net.
If you are sending an email, please ensure you include your order number, and reason for return. In order to process your refund efficiently, please ensure that you write your returns authorisation code number clearly on the front of all packaging. Any items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not to your taste. You can simply return the unused items for a full refund, minus any delivery or small handling charges. We can only accept returns in this instance for goods 14 days from the date of your delivery. We advise all customers to return goods in their original packaging to ensure that items are not damaged during the return journey. Customers are reminded to include all accessories and tags with any returned items. Between 14-30 days we may be able to offer an exchange or upgrade. What if my goods are faulty?
We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise against possible defects for 14 days from receipt. If your goods should develop a fault during this period you may return the defective merchandise FREE, for a prompt refund or replacement. The only exemption to this is personalized, custom made or special offer items. If it is not convenient for you to return the items yourself, then a courier collection service will be used. In this instance only, HBS will pay for all return shipping costs relating to defective goods.Any items found to be faulty after 14 days are covered by the brand manufacturer’s warranty. The minimum warranty period offered is 1 year, and the maximum can be anything up to the life of the product. Warranty periods can vary considerably between brands, so please be sure to check prior to purchasing. Warranties are non transferable and do not extend beyond the initial warranty period. If for example an item is replaced as part of your warranty agreement, the warranty only continues to the end of the original warranty period.
In the unlikely event of your goods developing a fault more than 14 days after receipt, then we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer direct for a warranty repair. This is often the quickest way to have a fault repaired. For example in some cases, manufacturers offer free telephone help facilities, free rapid repair or replacement services for your convenience. Alternatively, you can contact us directly if the goods do not conform to the contract, and we will endeavour to handle the warranty on your behalf. Carriage will be charged for the return of any products to HBS under warranty, however HBS will return your item carriage free. Should
your goods develop a fault after the first year, then you will be responsible for all carriage charges.
